With the modular design, LFS-2002 water quality analyzer based on ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry is able to change monitoring parameter as required. Easy to operate, it can test many parameters at the same time. The instrument has been widely applied to monitor water body such as surface water, underground water, sea water, potable water source, pollution source, industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater.

Water quality analyzer based on ion selective electrode method
LFEC-2006 water quality analyzer based on ion selective electrode method can monitor ammonia nitrogen, fluoride, chloride and other parameters, which has been widely applied to the monitoring on water body such as surface water, underground water, sea water, potable water source, pollution source, industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater. The water sample is taken and added to the detection tank, then the regulating solution is added and mixed well. The system measures the potential difference between the working electrode and the reference electrode (the potential difference will vary with the activity of the tested ion in solution (conforming to Nernst equation), and calculates the concentration of the tested substance in the water sample according to the standard curve.

LFEC-2006 water quality analyzer based on anodic stripping voltammetry can monitor the heavy metal including cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, mercury, arsenic and antimony and other parameters, which has been widely applied to the monitoring on water body such as surface water, underground water, sea water, potable water source, pollution source, industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater. Water quality analyzer based on gas chromatography
LFWGC-2012 water quality analyzer based on gas chromatography adopts the purge-and-trap, solid phase microextraction (SPME) and other pretreatments and is provided with multiple detectors including ECD, FID and FPD for automatic qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs). Its linear range is wide and its detection limit can meet water quality standard requirement.
VOCs test principle: Continuously blow VOCs out of water sample with purge gas (nitrogen or helium, carry the VOCs into trap with carrier gas, utilize the adsorbing material in the trap to complete absorption and purging, blow dry the trap, and rapidly increase the trap temperature to enable that the VOCs in the trap can dissolve out through thermal decomposition and enter the gas chromatograph detection unit with carrier gas for analysis and detection.
SVOCs test principles: Conduct the continuous extraction of SVOCs in water sample by means of solid phase microextraction and make it absorb on extract. After completion of extraction, drain water from the extract, blow dry the extract, and rapidly increase the extract temperature to enable that the SVOCs in the extract can dissolve out through thermal decomposition and enter the gas chromatograph detection unit with carrier gas for analysis and detection.

Water quality analyzer based on atomic fluorescence spectrometry
With its specific aerodynamic reaction, the instrument first reduces the tested element in sample solution into volatile covalent gaseous hydride (or atomic steam) with potassium borohydride or sodium borohydride and then introduces it into atomizer by means of carrier gas for atomization in argon- hydrogen flame and formation of ground state atom. After absorbing the energy of light source, the ground state atom will change to excited state. The excited state atom will release its absorbed energy in form of fluorescence during deactivation. The intensity of the fluorescence signal keeps a linear relation with the content of the tested element in sample. Therefore, the content of tested element in sample can be determined by measuring fluorescence intensity. The method is featured by high sensitivity, low detection limit, broad linear range and strong anti-interference ability and can be used for detection of more than ten heavy metal elements.

According to ISO11348 and GB/15441, the instrument adopts vibrio fischeri, vibrio qinghaiensis or photobacterium phosphoreum as tested object to obtain the integrated toxicity data of water based on strain response to water body. The product includes two monitoring modes, portable and online, and can be used with conventional physical and chemical instruments. In case of water pollution, it can judge the pollution level of water body comprehensively, accurately and rapidly. LFTOX-2010 water quality analyzer is an integrated toxicity monitoring system of water based on biosensing technology, and its detection is based on the luminous intensity change of luminous bacteria in metabolism. The luminous bacteria is a nonpathogenic bacteria which has luminous power and fixed luminous intensity under normal condition. When the luminous bacteria is in the toxic water environment, their luminous power will be restricted. Water quality analyzer
The water quality analyzer is applicable to the surface water of pH 6~8, domestic wastewater unpolluted by industrial wastewater, and effluent from sewage treatment plant but not applicable to industrial wastewater, water containing abundant disinfectant, and strongly acidic or alkaline water (the microorganism for treatment of industrial wastewater can be used for specific wastewater treatment only after long-term habituated culture and this is specific and needs long-term artificial preparation). The BODs means the dissolved oxygen consumed by some oxidizable substances in water due to microbial decomposition after water sample is cultured for 5 days at 201°C, especially in the biochemical process of organic substance. Measurement principle of BOD, by differential-pressure method: store a volume of water sample in closed container and retain a given volume of air above the water sample in bottle. During the aerobic biochemical reaction of microorganism in cultivation process, the microorganism will consume the dissolved oxygen in water sample and release CO, and the oxygen contained in the air in bottle will continuously supplement to reach a new balance. There is CO, adsorbent in upper part of the bottle to absorb the released CO. Therefore, a negative pressure is formed in the closed system. The pressure difference is caused by oxygen and directly proportional to the volume of the consumed oxygen, so BOD, can be obtained by measuring the pressure change in closed system.

Fecal coliform water quality analyzer
The instrument adopts the microbiological detection technology of enzyme substrate for on-line hygienic index detection of water, which can quickly detect fecal coliform in water to meet the actual requirement of environmental protection department and pollution discharge enterprise. It is applicable to drinking water, source water, surface water, underground water, tap water, medical water, etc. Adopt the photoelectric detection technology of immobilized enzyme substrate, inoculate the diluted coliform sample into chromogenic media at a certain culture temperature, and test the different concentration of optical density within different time. In the meantime, inoculate the same coliform sample into MPN tube to determine the number of the coliform of different dilutions and calculate the characteristic time. Based on the linear relation between the logarithm of the obtained number of coliforms and the characteristic time, obtain the linear equation, inoculate the unknown concentration of sample into chromogenic media, and calculate the characteristic time as above, and find out the number of fecal coliforms on standard curve based on time.
